there was a tweetup on friday during the IFA in Berlin, which was hostet by Intel. it took place at St. Oberholz after the main exhibition show.
MeeGo 1.1 Demo on Intel Moorestown Phone Prototype
A few days ago MeeGo released their version for handsets: MeeGo 1.1 and Chippy from carrypad was already able to get his hands on a Intel Moorestown Phone from Aava running the new MeeGo 1.1 OS.

chippy from carrypad.com and the folks from engadet.com had their chance to see the very early stage, but quite fast tablet: Quanta Redvale tablet. tommorow chippy will show us some news about the Wistron W1. all these tablets have two main things in common: Intel Moorestown platform and the new MeeGo OS.

Thanks to neopeek.com we are able to see what the current MeeGo look like atm. i looks like MeeGo 0.90, but the package is named to MeeGo 1.0 preview... :-)
