Good news folks, jQuery has announced their jQuery Mobile Project on their blog.

they're planning to get jQuery Mobile running on all platforms and major browsers across the mobile world.

Mozilla released the new version of their mobile browser: Firefox v1.1 for the Nokia N900 running Maemo OS.

Giles Thomas from learningwebgl.com collected a few WebGL demos, which are actually working on N900. Since PR 1.2 the N900 is supporting WebGL without some extra tools.

Kuvao is a new way to search for products, images or watch videos for the highlighted keywords. Kuvao is a free add-on installed in your web browser.

Cheah Zi Bin from the Opera Dev Blog shows us what the new Opera for Maemo is capable of and writes about some Q&A regarding the Opera for Maemo.

i mentioned the public release of Opera 10 for Maemo earlier today. :-)

Opera released a Beta (or is it Alpha) of Opera 10 browser for Maemo and it supports N900 from the start.

"This Maemo version of Opera Mobile 10 was created as a hobby project by a small team of developers in their spare time. In total, about 6 man-weeks were spent on creating the release. It’s worth pointing out that this is not an officially-supported release. As such, it has not undergone our usual quality assurance processes, and at times may not feel as polished or complete as an official release. This also means that there may never be a “final” release of Opera Mobile 10 for Maemo devices, since it’s just that much more fun to add shiny new features rather than fixing boring old bugs."
